Deliveries

We now use a national next day courier service (2-3 working days to process orders on stock items) for kitchen worktops, kitchen sinks & taps, internal and external doors and also for stair parts.

We cover most of the UK for kitchen worktop deliveries include: London, Essex, Middlesex, Glasgow, Birmingham, Sheffield, Bristol, Leeds, Edinburgh, Wembley, Coventry, Nottingham, Hull and many more................ (surcharges will apply for some Scottish post codes and any isles, please call for prices)

Our standard courier charge for standard savoy range kitchen worktops are: £30 for the first worktop in the order and £10 for each worktops in the order after that. If upstands or splashbacks are added to an order we add them into the worktop boxes wherever possible to help reduce delivery costs. Some breakfast bars have their own charge as they can only be sent on large pallets (see product descriptions).

Brand name worktops such as: omega, prima, artis, duropal, odyssey, axiom can usually be sent with a full delivery charge of £50 per full order (may vary) to most mainland (easily accessable with a large wagon) post codes. Please call first with your order details and post code to check this before ordering. These deliveries are sometimes done on a 2 day run but we ask the drivers to ring an hour before arrival so a mobile number is always useful.

Most courier delivered items are sent on a next day service. The delivery can be at any point during that day between 8am - 6pm. Customers must be available during these times. Other additional services such as:before 12pm and before 10:30am can be given but incur surcharges. We always ask for the customer to be telephoned one hour before the delivery but we cannot guarantee that the particular driver will fulfill this request. We cannot give any ETA's before 2pm as the driver will not know these for certain before this time.

Our couriers drivers may occasionally ask for assistance with off loading your order. This is not obligatory and if the person accepting the delivery is not capable we will re-deliver when possible by another means (further charges may apply). To fulfill the terms of the cheaper delivery for branded worktops, a *capable person may possibly be needed to help with offloading the delivery. Please state before ordering if it is not possible to have a person capable of assisting present.

In the unlikely event that there is no-one at the delivery destination to accept the local delivery we will leave a note informing you that we have returned the items to our store and a repeat delivery charge will be added to the order.

Although we always endeavour to get stock into our stores and organise deliveries for the quickest date available, there is a small possibility of unforeseen circumstances to which we have no control. In such instances we will do our utmost to resolve any problems, and would be thankful for your patience.

All items must be checked on delivery. Any delivered items which have not been thoroughly checked must be signed for as UNCHECKED as we cannot accept any notification of damage if the goods have been signed for in good condition (signing the delivery note means signing for in good condition unless unchecked is also written). Any notification of damages must be within 24 hours of delivery.

*The judgement of capability of a person to assist with a delivery is the responsibility of that person, if at any point that person feels that they are not capable or may struggle we will re-arrange the delivery by another means at an agreed time and cost or will agree to cancel the order for a full refund if this cannot be done satisfactorily.
